I am impressed by the outcome, hard work, and patience that went into this five-year Bushwick reno.

My dream studio apartment

So, out of boredom and perhaps craziness I decided to spend late Christmas Eve (i.e. 1-3 am) planning my perfect future apartment. To maintain some level of realism, I used the floorplan of the only studio apt I could possibly afford right now, alas I think it has already been sold, not that I would have actually been able to buy it at this stage in my life!

+TV,  bedding and dining table

Didn’t pick out a bed since it was too difficult to make it look good in this layout, but I like this one for cheapsies and this one from west elm for its necessary storage space.

Couch and nightstand by CB2, gorgeous chairs, ottoman and rug by Jonathan Adler, shelf unit, coffee table and credenza by Orla Kiely, rocking chair by Eames, dining table set from target, poster from moderna museet in stockholm, and graphic art by Rick Bak.
